SUBSCRIPTION HOLDERS
Subscription holders agree to pay the monthly, annual, or service fee specified when you purchase a Subscription. Depending on where you transact with us, the type of payment method used, and where your payment method was issued, your transaction with us may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices because of exchange rates and other geographic-specific pricing. Any agreement you have with your payment provider will govern your use of your specified payment method. Your failure to terminate and/or continued use of your Subscription reaffirms that we are authorized to charge you for that Subscription. This does not waive our right to seek payment directly from you.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders booked over the website will be executed at Scorich Services Office and if needed the source code (only in case of website/application development) will be shipped and delivered digitally via cloud server upload/download.
PAYMENTS
Scorich Services is proud to use SafeXPay Payment Gateway and EBS Payment Gateway for fast, easy, and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.
SUPPORT POLICY
For all services offered by Scorich Services, request for support, alterations, and changes to service(s), or changes to billing and shipping addresses, cancellation of services, update of registered email address, etc., is entertained only through the email sent from the email accounts registered with us when the customer was onboarded.
CANCELLATION & REFUND ROLICY
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
(Note: If a specific agreement has been signed by the customer for any service, then the Cancellation & Refund policy as specified in that agreement will be applicable.)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of service renewals for on-going website promotion, website hosting or AMC services must be made at least seven business days prior to the end of the current service period.
Requests received later than seven business days prior to the end of the current service period, will be treated as continuation of services for the next service period and would be treated as cancelled for the subsequent service period.
REFUND POLICY
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund of the advance payment within 30 days from the date of request for cancellation and refund. The final refunds will be made after deducting the applicable Govt Taxes and the Hourly charges (@ INR 1000 per man hour) for the work completed by us. The maximum refund amount after deductions will be as under.
Domain name registration: No refund
Hosting services: up to 90%
Designing Services: up to 80%
All refunds would be made to the client’s bank account through online bank transfer.
Note: - Scorich Services has the rights to change the above policies at any point of time without any prior information.
